Services Providers (MSP) to provide Occupational Health Services. These employment-related occupational services include pre-employment physicals, fitness for duty exams, drug and alcohol testing, and other courses of business medical services. The City of Palm Coast maintains Workers’ Compensation Insurance through the Florida League of Cities and therefore, with the exception of “second-opinion” services and drug and alcohol screens, this RFP shall not include Workers’ Compensation medical care that would be billed directly to The Florida League of Cities. Occupational Health Services to include: • Pre-Employment Physical Assessments • Drug & Alcohol Testing Including MRO Services • Return-to-Work (RTW) Management (Non-Workers Comp) • Physical Therapy • Safety and Injury Prevention • Pre-placement and fitness for duty exams • D.O.T. Testing • Vaccine Administration (ex - Hep B, Rabies) Proposers shall provide monthly reporting of all services provided. Providers shall use appropriate and consistent procedure and diagnosis codes on all reporting ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Thank you for showing interest in our request. Most of the items will be billed a la carte rather than a blanket charge. • Currently we are processing approximately 100-150 new hires per year. Most require a pre-hire physical and drug screen. See attached example. • Random Drug and Alcohol Screens are assigned as follows: o 25% of eligible staff for Non-DOT – Appx 100 annually o 25% of eligible staff for DOT – Appx 25 annually Example attached • Vaccines are pretty consistent with a HEP B vaccine after a Hep B titer o Rabies upon request, rare o Flu Shot option to all employees annually.
