Successful Bidder shall comply with insurance requirements dictated within the Contract, Exhibit E.The Texas Historical Commission (THC) issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit bids from qualified firms to design, furnish and install a fire detection and alarm system for three buildings on the campus of the Goodnight Ranch State Historic Site. The Goodnight Ranch State Historic Site is located in the Texas Panhandle about 45 miles southeast of Amarillo in Goodnight, Texas. The site includes an 1887 Queen Anne-style ranch house, a contemporary Visitor Center, and the “Cattalo Building,” which is a historic structure that has been extensively modernized for office use.The selected vendor shall perform the following services: · Provide and install a code-compliant wireless Notifier system with a fire alarm control panel, addressable smoke detectors, pull stations and horn strobes in each of the three buildings listed above.· At the historic Ranch House, work with the Owner to locate devices to both meet code requirements and minimize the visual impact on the historic interior.· All three buildings are to be monitored under a single contract.Bid must include all equipment and labor necessary to complete the project as described.Warranty: Upon final acceptance of the Work by the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish the Owner with the maximum available manufacturer’s warranty on all installed products and a one-year warranty on the work.Location of work site: Charles & Mary Ann Goodnight Ranch State Historic Site, 4989 CR 25, Goodnight, TX 79226.MANDATORY SITE VISIT.
