Special consideration is given to in-stock units. The trucks must accommodate the driver and two passengers. The proposal must include any upfitting of storage boxes, dump bed, and accessories. Pricing should include all upfitting, design and fabrication, all mounting hardware, and all needed equipment listed in the specifications.
