Tri-State Utilities/ GRAVITY SEWER REHABILITATION PACKAGE NO. 7 – Orange Water and Sewer Authority

Tri-State Utilities, LLC is currently seeking qualified North Carolina HUB, MBE, DBE, WBE subcontractor’s and supplier’s participation in connection with its bid for the following project: CIP No.: 276-18 Project: GRAVITY SEWER REHABILITATION PACKAGE NO. 7 Owner: ORANGE WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY, 400 JONES FERRY ROAD , CARRBORO, NORTH CAROLINA 27510 Bidding 2:00 pm September 14, 2022. The project area is located throughout the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro. The Project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of labor materials, and equipment for the construction of the following: 8-in diameter gravity sewer to be rehabilitated using cured-in-place lining; rehabilitation of existing manholes using calcium aluminate cementitious lining systems, other manhole rehabilitation work including, but not limited to manhole sand blasting, patching voids and all frame connections with non-shrink grout flexible chimney seals; traffic control; and bypass pumping. Negotiation of Quick pay agreements is available to qualified firms for owner approved work and services needed as well.
