WYCKOFF FRONT GATE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The Wyckoff Front Gate Improvements Project (the Project) involves but is not limited to designing the improvements, widening the existing road, installing utilities (water, sewer, power, fiberoptic), guard arms, gates, controls, guard house with bathroom, fencing, pavement, permitting, erosion control, final landscaping, maintaining access and security for plant traffic during construction. The Project is located in unincorporated Cobb County on the Wyckoff Water Treatment Plant Property.
One (1) unbound original (designated as original) and two (2) bound copies of proposal must be returned in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with “Wyckoff Front Gate Improvements Project” and company name. Proposals will be received until 5:00 P.M. local time November 9, 2020 at the Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority Administration and Engineering Office, 1170 Atlanta Industrial Drive, Marietta, GA 30066. Any proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.
The Team must have experience with two projects involving gate systems and controls, or comparable construction, in the last 10 years with each project cost more than $150,000. A minimum of five completed projects with references in the last 10 years are required for the Proposal. The Contractor must be licensed in Georgia to build this type of project. The Engineer must be licensed in Georgia to design and stamp this type of project. A site visit prior to the Proposal due date is required.
