For items with a "Last Time Buy" date prior that expires prior to the contract PoP end date, all vendors should still propose for the quantities in accordance with the solicitation.***A Level III technical data package (TDP) comprised of Vendor Item Control Drawings (VICD), along with the respective Altered Item drawings, will be available via FBO.All data for the tester is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.Vendors must be authorized to access export control data by being registered via SAM:http://www.sam.gov/Default.aspx) and JCP:https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx, and also be approved to access export control data.The FBO system controls access to the export control attachments by checking with the SAM and JCP systems automatically.If not approved by JCP, access to the export control attachments in FBO will be denied.Originally posted requirement documents and RFP is being reviewed for accuracy and updated documents will be posted soon.
