MMCAP Infuse is operated by the State of Minnesota (State) Department of Administration’s Office of State Procurement (OSP) and is governed by Minnesota laws and procurement policies. MMCAP Infuse Members (Members or Membership) are state agencies and political subdivisions throughout the United States. Membership is available to government-operated facilities, and the

extent to which a member participates in the program is voluntary. MMCAP Infuse is currently seeking qualified Responders that offer services for compliant DSCSA storage solutions. Proposals for this RFP will be provided to the entire MMCAP Infuse membership. Responders should be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise related to the complexities of DSCSA requirements.
