The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. MT on April 26, 2024, for the Sheridan Game Bird Farm Overhead Poultry Netting Replacement project located in Sherian, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of removing, disposing and replacement of up to 340,000 square feet of two-inch overhead poultry netting. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Monday, April 8, 2024, starting at 326 BIRD FARM ROAD, SHERIDAN, WY 82801. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. on April 12, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. on April 19, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 12, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. April 26, 2024 .
