The City of Lewisville is accepting sealed quotes to purchase Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste Disposable Boxes. The term of the contract will be twelve (12) months, with the option to extend up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City.

Quantities are approximate. Orders will be placed on an "as needed basis."

Award will be based on best value as defined in Local Government Code, Chapter 252, Section 042. 



Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2270, Contractor affirms that acceptance of this Purchase Order serves as written verification that Contractor: (1) does not boycott Israel, as defined by Texas Government Code Section 808.001; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract or agreement.



Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2252, Subchapter F, Contractor affirms, by acceptance of this Purchase Order, that Contractor is not identified on a list created by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as a company known to have contracts with or provide supplies or services to Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization.
