Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) is conducting market research to find qualified vendors that can provide a Hospital Bed Rental and Maintenance Program. The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital is hosting an Industry Day to discuss the upcoming requirement for a Hospital Bed Rental and Maintenance Program management in the areas of: repair and maintenance, bed rental, and mattress management. The primary objective is to gain a mutual understanding of what Large and Small businesses can provide and what the Agency can expect from businesses in regards to a Hospital Bed Rental and Maintenance Program. The secondary objective is to refine the requirement for an upcoming Request for Quote (RFQ) release. All costs associated with responding to this SS will be solely at the responding firm s expense. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The Government may use the responses to this SS for information and planning purposes. Not responding to this SS does not preclude participation in any future solicitations.
