Pellissippi SCC Training Facility (Blount County) PSCC & TCAT Knoxville Construct a new building on the Pellissippi State campus in Blount County. Programs will include machine tool technology, pipe fitting, industrial maintenance, welding, nursing, EMT, advanced manuf., computer science, culinary science, plus corporate training and support areas. 1) Proposers should submit their firm's direct project experience as the prime Designer for projects similar to the above description. 2) Proposers submitting projects completed by consultants must clearly identify the consultant and your firms past experience with that consultant 3) Design will be accelerated and the proposal must include an anticipated schedule for design services.
