Scope of Work Pursuant to Florida State Statute 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act, the City of Sunrise is seeking to engage the services of a minimum of two (2) qualified firms or individuals to provide Professional Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and SCADA Controls Design Services on an as needed basis, for a variety of City projects. The City is seeking the services of a minimum of two (2) qualified firms or individuals with extensive technical expertise of a minimum of five (5) years in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Instrumentation and Controls Design for municipal operations. The selected qualified firms must agree to enter into a standard Continuing Services Agreement with the City.
