Requirements Description Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Institute for Learning, Education, and Development (ILEAD) maintains a broadcast facility in St. Louis Missouri, to include a live high definition (HD) video television studio, control room, and Avid post-production. ILEAD is expanding our internal infrastructure to include UHD-4K live video distribution and will purchase a portable professional UHD-4K waveform monitor with video test signal generator. The VA needs a Telestream Prism MPS-200 waveform monitor/signal generator, Brand Name or equivalent, to meet the salient characteristics listed below.
