Credit Risk Assessment and Monitoring SoftwarePUR-RFQ2021.04.10027Closing Date:06/16/2021 12:00:00 PM PTDetail: Solicitation Overview   The City of San José is soliciting responses from qualified vendors fora commercial off-the-shelf credit risk assessment and monitoring software.   This software will provide statistical tools for the City's Finance Department staff to continuously monitor the credit risk of public and private companies that currently have or potentially will have contracts with the City.     SALES TAX:  Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response.  The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award.    ESTIMATED QUANTITIES:  Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed.  Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.   ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION:All
