A qualified entity experienced in providing trade promotion and investment attraction programs with access to and the capability to work within the Overseas Office Locations. A Bidder may submit detail on the areas of strength within the Overseas Office Locations and demonstrate capability to work within the other locations that complete the Overseas Office
