This will be a competitively negotiated contract. The services requested will be fully funded by the Education Grant Project for the Freely Associated States (EGPFFAS). The specifications along with the evaluation criteria and all other

requirements are being prepared and shall be made available on March 25, 2024. The solicitation and bidding periods shall continue for more than 30 days or for a minimum of 15 days as determined by the Procurement Officer.
