North Hero - Grand Isle Drawbridge Commercial Maintenance and Pest Removal Services 2024 The District Maintenance Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to ensure the maintenance of the Agency of Transportation North Hero- Grand Isle Drawbridge located along Route 2 at the town line. The structure is a drawbridge with two piers that are nearly identical for the rooms and space. One pier has a tender house with all other access points being through hatchways located in each quadrant of the structure. Commercial cleaning,, window cleaning and regular pest control services. This RFP may result in a single award or multiple awards. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the following: • Scope of Work (SOW) dated March 15, 2024; • Attachment C: Standard State Provisions for Contracts and Grants dated December 4, 2023 • 2020 General Terms and Conditions for Contracts and Services all of which are attached
