Jul 07, 2017 10:07 am SPECIAL NOTICE: SOURCE SOUGHT & REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests to include an invite to further explain/demonstrate aspects of their propose approach. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. As part of this special notice DCMA will be evaluating for planning purposes if there are an adequate number of qualified and interested small business contractors capable of providing the services and/or products.

The requirement will be for a contractor-created, individual suicide awareness and prevention training that is web-based and
accessible to all 12,000 DCMA military and civilian employees. The requirement is only for creation and generation of the training itself. DCMA is requesting responses from industry in regards to this requirement. Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide a response in accordance with this RFI.
Submit any questions by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, July 10, 2017. Final responses should be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, July 14, 2016 by email to Jennifer Henderson at Jennifer.Henderson@dcma.mil and Michael Toter at Michael.Toter@dcma.mil. Electronic submissions should be submitted as an e-mail attachment in Microsoft Word. Please use the subject line Suicide Prevention and Awareness Training RFI. Please repeat each requirement under "RESPONSES TO THIS RFI" and provide the response beneath. Submit the information in the same order and using the same numbering scheme in this notice to facilitate evaluation and organization by Government reviewers.
Please see the attached RFI and draft PWS for additional information.
