This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS for MARKET RESEARCH only.This announcement sees informatoin from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted at this time. Responses are being sought from qualified Small Business concerns possessing the technical/management extpertise to execute the work requirements.The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the necessary work for performance of the requirement. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of, interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsible contractors.This Procurement is for: 1. Enviornmental Assessment Services2. NAICS Code: 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services with Small Business size standard of $16.5 Million3. Set-Aside: Small Business Set-AsideThe official solicitation will be issues via SAM. The Government

has yet to make a determination as to the when or as to the acquisition source.
