Learning Product Lifecycle Management RFI Amendment #1

The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential sources capable of providing the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) internal staff and external contracted vendors who develop courses and other learning products, a Software as a Service (SaaS) Learning Product Life Cycle Management solution. CDSE defines Learning Product Lifecycle Management as the capability to manage the life cycle of learning products from initiation to the end of the life cycle with learning product archival.This RFI is only requesting information on workflow and learning product management solutions to manage the learning product development lifecycle process in a cloud environment that is approved at a FedRAMP Plus (DISA IL4) level. CDSE encourages solutions that leverage technologies that can be applied to the management of learning product development; including but not limited to, the capabilities of configuration management and version control of project files such as: project initiation form, training needs analysis documentation, story boards, graphics, videos, test questions, student guides, and resource files.Amendment #1RFI amended to incorporate the following changes: important due dates, NAICS and PSC code, page count, and technical language defining minimum projects per
