Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) 721DVR7045 Vending Machine Service – Kenai

Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Business Enterprise Program (BEP) is seeking contractors to provide vending machine service in buildings in the Kenai  area that are owned, leased or occupied by the state or federal government or on other property as determined by BEP. These contracts will be established in a manner consistent with the Randolph-Sheppard Act (PL 74-732, 20 USC section 107) and the Chance Act (AS 23.15.010-.210). These contracts must provide the most beneficial financial return to BEP; while at the same time provide high-quality products at a fair price. The contract that results from this Informal Request for Proposals will start July 1, 2021 and run until June 30, 2023.  In addition, there will be four (4) one-year renewal options available solely at the State’s discretion to exercise. Interested vendors may contact the Procurement Officer for this IRFP  Brad WaldronProcurement Specialist IVDepartment of Labor and Workforce Development (907) 465-4024(907) 465-2107
