Leasing Opportunity at Servus Credit Union Place Project Description :This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Leasing Opportunity at Servus Credit Union Place, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (“City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for a five (5) year lease of the space on the main floor of Servus Credit Union Place (the “Facility”). All correspondence regarding this opportunity will be communicated through Bids&Tenders only. Bids will only be received through the electronic bidding system. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.
