The Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) project serves the United States military by offering deployable systems, which enables a command to set up a self-contained, self-powered, computer network-enabled temporary headquarters facility anywhere in the world within hours of arrival at the desired location.By supporting this effort, you will be enabling the U.S. Navy (USN) to better define current technical capabilities for future acquisition decisions. Information provided to NSWC PCD will not be shared or distributed beyond other U.S. Government agencies without express written consent. survey is intended to:a) Assess the availability of current commercial product lines and capabilities.b) Assess industries’ providing LEO High Performance satellite terminal kits.For the purposes of this market survey, the USN is looking for up to twenty (20) LEO terminals and 12 months of Global Access service hosted by LEO satellite service.The contractor shall also provide the associated power supplies, Power over Ethernet (PoE) adaptors, associated required data cables, routers, and mounts that would be required to set up a terminal. The service will support typical download data rates of up to 500Mbps, and upload data rates of up to 500Mbps.
