Project consists of Asbestos Abatement and Interior Demolition of existing 10-story building, Set up of Temporary:

Electrical, fire protection and plumbing. Construction of temporary partition including framing/plywood for the separation of connecting building. Drywall and Interior Painting. To be considered to submit a bid for this project, the bidder must be previously pre- qualified by Stiles Pirtle Joint Venture ( SPJV) or complete a pre-qualification form and be accepted prior to submitting a bid.
