The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the Fortify Support from 06/01/2019 to 05/31/2020, User SW E-LTU 24X7 Support - Users from 06/01/2019 to 05/31/2020 and User SW E-LTU 24X7 Support - Users from 06/01/2019 to 05/31/19 in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced Micro Focus, 575 Anton Blvd Suite 510, Costa Mesa CA 926260 due this is maintenance renewal for an exciting product and is already is currently being used. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
