New Elevated Water Storage Tank

The Corporation of the Township of Prescott Tender for a New Elevated Water Storage Tank Town Contract no. TOP-2023-EST-01 EVB Project No.: 18040 Sealed tenders, which shall be clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Town of Prescott located at 360 Dibble St. West, Prescott, Ontario, K0E 1T0 before: 3:00:00 PM, local time, on June 15th, 2023 For the construction of a new 4,200 m3 elevated water storage tank and all related appurtenances. On the same day, and shortly after the closing time, the tenders will be opened, and the total bid price will be read publicly by the Town provided all of the tender submission items have been met in the bidding documents. Each tender must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft or bid bond for minimum of 10% of the total tendered amount, made payable to the Town of Prescott. Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. The Town of Prescott, at its own discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any compliant or non-compliant tender and advises that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Bid enquiries will be received until 3:00 pm on June 8th, 2023 and shall be sent in writing to the Engineer. The Town reserves the right to distribute any and all questions (anonymously) and answers pertaining to this tender by addenda.
