WARREN MI 48093 Warren Consolidated Schools (“District”) will be receiving sealed Bid Proposals for: 2022 Bond Issue – Bid Pack No. 06 – New Entry North Gate at Education Service Center All interested firms are requested to attend a Pre-Bid Proposal meetings will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 between 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Reference the Request for Proposal (RFP) for location details. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this Pre-Bid meeting. Beginning Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., RFP documents can be obtained at: https://www.clarkccbids.com Sealed bids should be submitted to Susan Andrzejewski, Fiscal Services Manager at Warren Consolidated Schools 31300 Anita Drive Warren MI 48093, no later than 2:00 PM local time Tuesday April 16, 2024. The District will not consider or accept a Bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. Bids must be submitted in hard copy only using the Clark Construction Company Bid Form. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately following the proposal deadline. No oral, fax or emailed Bids will be considered or accepted. The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action will best serve the District’s interest.
