2020-2021 Racial Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Training

The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VTDEC) Administration and Innovation Division (AID) is seeking proposals for a trainer to facilitate up to three (3) virtual trainings on the topics of racial equity, diversity, and inclusion. Trainings would be for the same group of approximately eighteen (18) AID employees with topics building on each other over the period in which the trainings occur. Up to $10,000 is available to conduct these virtual trainings with the first occurring before December 31, 2020 and the final training occurring before June 30,
