The combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quote that (1) conforms to the requirements of the
