NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bids will be received by the Contracting Branch, Infrastructure Division, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744, until 2:00 p.m., October 4, 2022. Bids will be received and recorded in the A-100 Conference Room, Infrastructure Division. TPWD is requesting bids to perform all Work required for the following Project: Project Name HVAC Replacement at Cabins 1-9 Project Location Caddo Lake State Park Project Number MR10975 Deadline for Receipt of Bids October 4, 2022 2:00 PM (CT) Construction Estimate $90,000.00 General Scope of Work: HVAC Replacement at Cabins 1-9 Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of

documents described in Terms and Conditions. Site Visits A mandatory visit to the project site will be held on September 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Caddo Lake State Park 245 Park Road 2 Karnack, Texas 75661.
