Madison Dr. Multi-Use Path

The Village of Streamwood is seeking bids for the Madison Dr. Multi-Use Path. Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm on April 18, 2024, at 565 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL 60107. For plans & specifications, please contact Public Works at (630) 736-3850. Plans and specifications will be delivered electronically. All bidders must comply with all applicable Illinois laws including requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws. The scope includes the following major pay items: 695 CY of Excavation, 3,466 SY of 6” Aggregate Base, 715 Tons of HMA Surface, 1,692 LF of C&G, 2,254 SF PCC SIDEWALK, 570 SF of Segmental block retaining wall, 192 LF of Railing, Pedestrian signal upgrades and other appurtenances.
