This RFI is for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with the submission of information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to the interested parties for responses. No awards will be made from the responses to this announcement. However, responses may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future procurement. Integrated DT/OT environment that currently takes place at the subordinate test centers Yuma Test Center (YTC), Yuma, AZ and Cold Region Test Center (CRTC), Fort Greely, AK. Refer to Attachment 1 - Draft Mission Test Support Services Performance Work Statement with the inclusion of a third subordinate test center Tropic Region Test Center (TRTC) location in Panama, Honduras, and Suriname. The Government is requesting recommendations from industry as to whether it should incorporate TRTC as one of the three subordinate test centers to be supported under this requirement. Similarly, request if industry is interested in proposing on this combined effort.
