Offerors must have non-profit status and experience in managing economic development activities in the citizens and businesses within a designated service delivery area/region. A more complete description of the services to be provided throughout Montana. Responses submitted to this RFP must comply with the instructions and procedures presented herein. The Certified Regional Development Corporations (CRDC) program is an outcome of the 2003 Legislature which directed the Department of Commerce to make state funds available through the CRDC program, match local economic development funds and fund up to 12 CRDCs. The legislative intent of HB76 is, to encourage a regional approach to economic development that facilitates the efficient delivery of economic development programs. Group 7: Equal Pay for MT Women Instructions: 7.1 Equal Pay for Montana Women. Offerors who agree and certify compliance to Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women, will receive a bonus of 5% of the total points available. Offerors who do not comply will not receive bonus points. Group 8: Verification of Nondiscrimination Against Firearms Entities/Trade Associations. Instructions: Offeror’s certification is made in compliance with and in reference to HB 356, Ch. 193, Mont. L. 2023 (HB 356) and the terms defined therein. If Offeror determines the provisions of HB 356 do not apply to Offeror or the contract to be awarded under this RFP, Offeror shall submit a statement setting forth in detail the basis for such determination. 8.1 a. Offeror does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association during the term of any contract it is awarded under this solicitation; and b.
