The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the due date from 02/08/2023 03:00 PM EST to 02/13/2023 03:300 PM EST. Answer the following questions generated by interested parties: 1. The RFQ states provide a CPT that includes all reagents, standards, quality controls, supplies, consumable and disposable items, parts, accessories, and any other items. Your description of CPT is consistent with our FSS definition for CPR. Please confirm that you would like us to provide CPR pricing for your facilities. Government: Please provide cost per reportable (CPR) pricing. Also, should the CPT/CPR be blended across all 5-sites (e.g., each VISN facility should receive the same CPT/CPR for Chemistry and/or Microscopics) or should each site receive their own CPT/CPR based on volumes/instrument configurations? Government: All 5 sites shall receive CPR for chemistry/Microscopics. Microscopic volumes are provided for all 5-sites, however only Albany, Buffalo, and Syracuse Clin Lines indicated
microscopic pricing? It appears from Clin Lines that both Bath and Canandaigua should only receive Urine Chemistry analyzers vs. complete Chem/Micro workcells. Please direct whether (or not) each facility should receive full Chem/Micro workcells. Government: Each site shall receive Chem/Mirco workcells Please confirm that the following 4-sites require tables - Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Canandaigua? Please confirm that Bath does not require a table. Government: The following sites require a table Albany, Bath, Buffalo and Syracuse. Canandaigua does not require a table. Attachment A is referenced many times in the solicitation but does not appear to be included in RFQ or as separate attachment. Can you please provide? Government: Please disregard any reference to attachment A. The volumes referenced in 1.3 Prices and Terms, that appear to be the ones vendors are to use for pricing, do not add up to the approximately 129,419 patient test results per year reference in 2.2.2.2 or the annual need estimate of 131,930 tests per year referenced immediately following the Clin Lines. Please confirm that the volumes referenced in 1.3 Prices and Terms are the correct volumes to use? Government: 129,392 is the estimated yearly patient tests per year for chem/micro per year for all 5 sites. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
