existing 47.19 m in length with 1390 mm x 970 mm diameter CSPA cross culvert on Kennedy Road, 153 m north of YMCA BoulevardBidders are advised that the Work will be performed during the 2023 construction season. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 1. Certificate of Recognition (COR TM) Safety Program The Region has implemented the Certificate of Recognition ( COR TM) safety program, endorsed by the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association ( IHSA), as a requirement on Regional construction projects. The Region will only accept Bids from Bidders who:are COR TM certified;have obtained a Letter of COR TM Equivalency issued by the IHSA (COR TM Equivalency); orhave obtained a valid Letter of Reciprocity issued by the IHSA, indicating that they are in the process of obtaining COR TM Equivalency.
