Request for Proposals(No. 2022.199-RFP)Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified development consultants to assist with the development of an approximately 120-unit affordable housing building on a three-acre land lease property in unincorporated Washington County at the Portland Community College (PCC) Rock Creek campus. Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm Thursday, September 15, 2022.The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/washington-county-or.
