The City will qualify at least three (3) distributors. The qualified distributors will submit daily fuel quotes (Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays) via email no later than 09:00AM MST. Staff will purchase fuel as needed at the lowest daily price for the entire order including, but not limited to, additional charges for additives, applicable taxes, and delivery. Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered. Qualification of fuel distributors will expire five (5) years after the initial date of prequalification. The City has the right at any time to solicit additional distributors at any time, for any reason.
