Solicitation Description: Tarleton State University (herein referred to as Tarleton) is soliciting proposals for Development and operation of a Hotel and the building of a Convocation Center. Tarleton is an institution of higher education located in Stephenville, TX. It is the intent of Tarleton to contract with a company to provide these services for the Tarleton campus.Tarleton, at it’s discretion, may choose to award separate vendors for each building, may choose to award one or both proposals or award only one or may award only one of the proposed projects.

Vendor must have demonstrated competence in providing these services and must have the qualifications necessary to perform the services outlined in this RFP.
