N0016424SNB74 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - DEEP DRAWN ALUMINUM ENCLOSURES - PSC 1680 - NAICS 332322 Issue Date: 18 April 2024 - Closing Date: 17 May 2024 The Government is issuing this RFI announcement as part of market research for deep drawn aluminum enclosures. The required capabilities of the contractor is the ability to deep draw 0.090 STK AL 6061-T6 to a minimum size of length 7.75 inches, width 13.5 inches, and depth 0.75 inches, as well as a maximum size of length 16.5 inches, width 20.5 inches, and depth 8.50 inches. Tolerances are plus/minus 0.030 inches. The aluminum can be heat treated to T6 after forming. Responses should include availability, budgetary cost estimate, and lead time of the solution, as well as, whether a demonstration unit may be provided to expedite the decision making process. All interested parties are encouraged to submit company and product literature, and/or other pertinent information, such as a statement of current availability, a budgetary

estimate of test articles, production units, production quantity breaks, and /or identify other Government contracts with similar efforts for the Government’s consideration.
