Install Sand Separator - Falcon Dunes

Added:Mar 11, 2019 12:47 pmInstall a Sand Separator between Maricopa Water District structures on Reems Rd and Irrigation Lake at Falcon Dunes Golf Course located at 15100 W Northern Ave., Waddell, AZ 85355 Building 2204.Scope of work:Excavate and remove existing manhole, disconnect existing piping, remove surrounding cart path and sod as needed. Install temporary fencing and provide safety flagging to secure area. Install sand separator (Jensen Deflective Separator, Model JDS96-4854, or equal) and reconnect all piping. Test sand separator for proper operation. Return cart path and sod to existing conditions as approved by Golf Course Superintendent. Remove sediment build up from Irrigation Lake with VAC truck. Coordinate with Golf Course personnel for scheduling and access to golf course lake. All areas shall be returned to existing conditions.The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to design, manage, and accomplish the project. The Contractor shall inspect the site where services are to be performed. This site review shall satisfy the Contractor's need to identify all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the contract. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for claims after contract award.Period of Performance is 90 days from date of
