The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 4, Block 400, consisting of approximately 40,616.36 square feet (ADA-72682), at Valdez Airport for 38 years, to expire June 1, 2060. Applicant: Swierk Enterprises, LLC. Authorized uses: aeronautical – construction and maintenance of an aircraft hangar; storage and maintenance of aircraft. Annual rent: $5,198.89.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 31, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
