The Government reserves the right to award based on the quality of responses, prices submitted, and the availability of funds.4. Offerors shall submit proposed prices per single unit, and a total evaluated price. Failure to provide pricing for all required itemsis unacceptable and may render the Offeror ineligible for award. Quotes must be valid for 30 days.COMPETITION & EVALUATION5. Quotes received will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.6. The Government intends to award without exchanges with Offerors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges, if necessary. The Government anticipates receiving competitive proposals and using competition to determine price reasonableness.
