RFQ #WMARC-449 - CORONA AND PEDLEY VEGETATION MAINTENANCE

The County of Riverside Department of Waste Resources is soliciting quotations for the following services at the Corona and Pedley Closed Landfills: - Vegetation maintenance - Herbicide treatment - Biological authorization. Biological services must be performed by the primary contractor - Work plan detailing eradication efforts at requested sites - Data collection & reporting - Optional: Nesting bird Surveying The Corona landfill is located south of the junction of Magnolia Avenue and Compton Avenue, adjacent to Interstate 15 (1-15), within the City of Corona (see Figure 1). The Pedley landfill is located on a triangular piece of land bordered by Van Buren Boulevard to the east, the Santa Ana River to the north, and the De Anza Channel to the southwest (see Figure 2). Portions of this work/project may be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations. The awarded bidder shall comply with all applicable provisions of the California State Labor Code regarding prevailing wages, Department of Industrial Relations Division of Apprenticeship Standards Labor and other requirements, including but not limited to Labor Code Sections 1771.4, 1773.1, 1774, 1775 and 1776.
