    East College Road Resurfacing Project
State/Federal Project Number NFHWY00645/0640013Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is soliciting comments on the proposed East College Road Resurfacing project. DOT&PF plans to resurface College Road between the Margaret/Antoinette and Old Steese Highway intersections including College Road/Johansen Expressway Interchange on and off ramps. Project work will include ADA and drainage improvements, removal and replacement of damaged curb and gutter, replacing signs, resurfacing, and utility work. All proposed work is expected to take place within the existing right-of-way (ROW).The project construction is scheduled for
