Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM MST on October 4, 2022 to the City of Cheyenne Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY. A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 8, 2022, Beginning at 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time, Cheyenne Public Safety Center, 1st Floor (Main Level) Community Room. The City will reject proposals from any company who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
