The National Guard Bureau has modified the AQ-C Acquisition Support Services task order, W9133L21D5000/W9133L22F5002, to include some of the services previously provided by the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Information Technology (IT) Acquisition Support Services contract, W9133L21P4001. Both requirements reside within the SBA 8(a) Program. The scope of Acquisition Support Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, W9133L21D5000, currently encompasses the tasks included in W9133L21P4001, and it is anticipated that consolidation of these requirements will provide substantial quality improvements that will improve organizational efficiency.Bundling did not apply to this action since both requirements were awarded to small business concerns (SBA 8(a)). The Government has determined, pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 7.107-2 and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 5107.170, that the consolidation of the requirements for the NGB IT Acquisition Support Service contract under the AQ-C Acquisitions Support Services task order is both necessary and justified and will serve the best interests of the
