2024 SCADA Instrumentation and Control Systems Master Plan

The San Bernardino Municipal Water Department is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide services to produce a comprehensive Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Instrumentation, and Control Systems Master Plan (SCADA Master Plan or SMP). This SMP will provide a roadmap for modernizing the Department's existing Industrial Control System (ICS). The SCADA Master Plan will provide both medium term (five year) and long-term (ten year) planning for the Department. The Consultant doing the Master Plan work must be a registered Professional Engineer within the state of California. Other Details Prospective Consultants must meet the following experience requirements: a) Firm must have ten (10) years of experience b) Firm must have completed at least three (3) projects of a similar size and scope for wastewater treatment facilities. One of these projects may be substituted with a potable water treatment, storage, and distribution facility. Total fee shall have been no less than 50% of proposed total fee for this project. c) The project manager shall have completed at least two (2) projects of a similar size and scope at a similar management role. d) Firm shall employ the services of a Professional Engineer, currently licensed in the State of California, to sign and stamp the Final SCADA, Instrumentation, Security and Control Systems Master
