As more particularly described in this RFP including Section 1.7 – Purpose of this RFP, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH) is seeking a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) systems Bidder to provide a robust Solution and an experienced team for the timely implementation of an Enterprise ERP/OHS Solution for use by SJHH and, if applicable, St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS) Members. The Enterprise ERP/OHS Solution, the “ERP/OHS Solution”, will consist of a Solution that will be configured, implemented and supported by the Bidder (and perhaps hosted by the Bidder) to perform Finance, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, and Supply Chain processes in accordance with the specifications contemplated by this RFP and finalized in an agreement between the Purchaser (“SJHH”) and the successful Bidder. The Solution shall also include specifications for devices that will be required to operate the solution including both peripherals (e.g. handheld scanners and printers) and, in the case of a full or partial SJHH-hosted solution, hardware (e.g. servers). For clarity, the Solution proposed by the Bidder can be Bidder hosted and/or SJHH hosted.
