No size standard exists for this NAICS.A need is anticipated for the Carlisle Barracks. The description of the requirement is listed below.In response to this sources sought, please provide:1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code.2. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any.3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination.4. Recommendations to improve the approach/specifications/draft PWS/PRS to acquiring the identified items/services.DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:CLEAN Terminal - Recurring cost for access to CLEAN Terminal (Commonwealth Law Enforcement Assistance Network) for the period 1 November 2022 - 31 October 2023. The CLEAN network provides information for the Carlisle Barracks Police Department and Security Guard force that is vital to the safety and security of all Carlisle Barracks personnel. This information includes but is not limited to:Vehicle registration and driver license informationWarrantProtection from Abuse (PFA) ordersAmber AlertsCriminal background historiesAnd other similar information.The information it provides is invaluable for the Directorate of Emergency Services. Within the state of Pennsylvania thereis no other source in which this information can be obtained comprehensively. The service is routinely used any time a police officer conducts a traffic stop, when a person requests an access pass to Carlisle Barracks, and as part of our post Random Anti-Terrorism Measures used during both routine and random checks at the access control points.
