Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge Project FW-SICO 10(1), 104(1), 105(1), Solicitation Number 693C73-19-B-000009, located in Coos County, New Hampshire and Essex County, Vermont. The project consists of the reconstruction of Lewis Pond Road (0.09 miles), Eagle Nest Road (0.14 miles), and Tin Shack Road 0(.03 miles). The work includes existing roadway obliteration and reconditioning, embankment construction, installation of cellular confinement systems, installation of precast reinforced concrete box culverts with embedded material and aquatic organism passages, aggregate roadway resurfacing, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. Construction activities at the project site cannot begin any
earlier than June 1, 2019, as specified in SCR 108.01. Construction activities must be completed no later than October 1, 2019, as specified in SCR 108.01.Bid documents should be issued on or about January 22, 2019.
